It’s no secret here in Aotearoa, we produce some of the finest ingredients in the world, which is why Ahi embraces local Kiwi suppliers and ingredients to create their finest beverages. The team even sources their organic ingredients from their own garden located in the picturesque South of Auckland, showcasing the restaurant’s commitment to offering a versatile menu year-round!

Today, we’re double parked with riffs on two classic cocktails, a Gin Sour and a Buck. These cocktails feature Ahi’s freshest local ingredients, and of course, our Kākāpō Distillery gin.
