The Kelp Cooler

A cool and refreshing cocktail that highlights the umami notes of the gin. The addition of cucumber and lime creates a bright and balanced drink.

Ingredients: 

  • 45ml Rimurimu and Thyme Gin 

  • 30ml fresh lime juice 

  • 15ml simple syrup 

  • Cucumber slices 

  • Soda water 


Recipe: 

  1. Muddle the cucumber slices in a shaker. 

  2. Add the gin, lime juice, simple syrup and ice, and shake well.

  3. Strain into a tall glass with ice 

  4. Top with soda water. 

  5. Garnish with cucumber slices.
