The Honey Blossom

The Honey Blossom is a refreshing and slightly bitter cocktail that balances the sweetness of honey syrup with the tartness of fresh grapefruit juice. Aperol adds a touch of bitterness and a beautiful orange hue.


Ingredients:

  • 60ml Mānuka Honey and Elderflower Gin

  • 30ml fresh grapefruit juice

  • 15ml honey syrup (1:1 honey and water mix)

  • 15ml Aperol

  • Grapefruit twist, for garnish

Recipe:

  1. In a shaker, combine the gin, grapefruit juice, honey syrup, and Aperol with ice.

  2. Shake until well combined, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

  3. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and serve.
