Elderflower & Pineapple Swizzle

This cocktail is a tropical and herbaceous drink that combines the floral notes of elderflower with the sweet and tangy flavors of pineapple. The absinthe adds a subtle anise flavor that complements the acidity of the lime juice, while the pineapple leaves add a decorative touch.

Ingredients: 

  • 60ml Mānuka honey and Elderflower gin 

  • 30ml fresh lime juice 

  • 15ml pineapple syrup 

  • 1 dash absinthe 

  • Pineapple leaves, for garnish 


Recipe: 


  1. Add the gin, lime juice, pineapple syrup, and absinthe to a tall glass filled with crushed ice. 

  2. Swizzle with a bar spoon. 

  3. Top with more crushed ice. 

  4. Garnish with pineapple leaves.
