Dirty Martini

This cocktail is a briny, savoury take on the classic martini, enhanced with a hint of olive brine to elevate the seaweed notes in the gin. Perfect for a sophisticated aperitif with a subtle maritime twist.

Ingredients: 

  • 50 ml Rimurimu & Thyme Gin 

  • 15 ml Dry Vermouth 

  • 5 ml Olive brine 

  • Olive garnish 


Recipe: 

  1. Add the gin, dry vermouth, and olive brine into a mixing glass. 

  2. Add ice and stir well until chilled. 

  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass. 

  4. Garnish with a the olive and serve.
