Dirty Martini
This cocktail is a briny, savoury take on the classic martini, enhanced with a hint of olive brine to elevate the seaweed notes in the gin. Perfect for a sophisticated aperitif with a subtle maritime twist.
Ingredients:
50 ml Rimurimu & Thyme Gin
15 ml Dry Vermouth
5 ml Olive brine
Olive garnish
Recipe:
Add the gin, dry vermouth, and olive brine into a mixing glass.
Add ice and stir well until chilled.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a the olive and serve.
